规则是：
[发布提交1等待]3000[/发布提交1等待] --每次检测等待时间
[发布提交1循环]5[/发布提交1循环] --最多检测10次，当找到成功特征后，会直接继续后面代码，如果没找到成功特征，会继续找10次，10次都没找到，就会执行后面代码
